Kin-Ball is played in 25 countries throughout the world. Kin-Ball can be played outdoors and indoors and is suitable to be played from primary school upwards. Kin-Ball is also suitable for disabled players. (We also offer the smaller Kin-Balls for the younger players)
In 2012 - Overspeed UK was appointed distributor for Kin-Ball in the UK.
So here's the story so far! Pierre-Julien Hamel - 'Master Kin-Ball Instructor' had specially come over from Canada in 2012 to run some "Kin-Ball taster workshops". The result of an action packed 2 weeks! We also took Kin-Ball into a number of schools. What came from these sessions were that teachers saw the numerous benefits that Kin-Ball has to offer! The pupils and teachers absolutely loved the game.
Some of the big plus points of Kin-Ball:
Kin-Ball is unique as a sport
As a player it doesn’t matter what your ability is, you have to get involved!
Players are constantly moving all the time
No one team will dominate, all teams have an equal chance
Teams can be mixed
During the school Kin-Ball workshops - teachers were coming up to me and saying that; some pupils didn't like conventional type sports and wouldn't join in activities, but there they were, playing Kin-Ball!
Kin-Ball encourages: cooperation - team spirit - leadership - Teams can be mixed - girls and boys on the same team!
